Because each set is prepared intentionally all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Preorders open during select windows each month on the 1st–7th and 15th–21st. Orders placed during preorder are processed together once the window closes.

Each set goes through a hand-processed inspection shampoo and treatment before being carefully packaged and shipped. Shipping typically occurs 7–10 business days after the preorder window closes. Estimated ship dates are always shared before checkout.
